1. Go to blogger dashboard> Layout > Edit Html .
2. Then press ctrl+F and find <head> tag.

Many of the Bloggers don't know how to open internal web pages on new tab(window) on blogger. Its very easy to do this by just editing blogger template. To do this
1. Go to blogger dashboard> Layout > Edit Html .
